How the practice works
Three businesses, one adviser, and a deliberate rule about which of them holds your file at any moment. This page explains who does what, so you know which door you are standing in front of.
Three companies, not three departments
eMortgage arranges financing. The Private Office plans estates and holds memberships. Real Estate buys and sells property. Each is a separate company with its own sign-in — which is why moving between them is always marked as leaving one for another.
Why they are kept separate
A lender is entitled to see your income. An estate adviser is not, unless you say so. Keeping the companies apart is what makes that promise enforceable rather than a matter of good intentions.
One account, several doors
The same email signs you into any of them. What differs is what is behind each door — an application, a membership, a property search — and each door only asks about what it holds.
Where to start
Buying: start with Real Estate. Financing something already agreed: start with eMortgage. Everything else, including what happens to any of it afterwards: the Private Office.
If you are not sure which of the three you need, ask for the practice rather than a business — sorting that out is the job, not a hurdle before it.
