Four steps, in order
You apply once
One set of documents, one set of questions. We handle the rest of the paperwork.
We verify and package
A loan officer checks every section and a manager counter-signs before anything leaves.
Lenders compete
Your file goes to the institutions most likely to fund it. They come back with letters of interest.
You choose
Compare terms side by side, accept one, and sign inside the system.
See the numbers before you commit to anything
Nothing here is stored or sent anywhere. It is only to give you a sense of the shape of the loan.

The questions everyone asks
Does applying affect my credit?
We pull one credit report as part of the application fee. Your file is packaged before any lender sees it, so you are not generating an enquiry at every institution.
What does it cost?
An application fee set by the administrator, which covers the credit report and the loan officer's work on the file, and 1% brokerage on completion. Nothing else.
Can I use my NHT benefit?
Yes. The application asks whether you are using NHT and produces the EFMP data sheet alongside the rest of the package.
Who sees my documents?
Our loan officer and manager while the file is being prepared. Lenders receive a package with your identity documents removed, and only after you have applied.
One advisor, every chapter
Financing is rarely the only thing that needs deciding
The same practice handles what you are buying and what happens to it afterwards. Nothing here obliges you to use any of it.
Real Estate
Seeking a sanctuary on the North Coast or a penthouse in the heart of the city? Acquisition is advised with the financing and the estate consequences already in view — not bolted on afterwards.
